When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • North America: 6–12 business days
  • Europe: 12–16 business days
  • Australia: 6–19 business days
  • Japan: 8–14 business days
  • International: 16–27 business days

 Where will my order ship from?

The products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it might take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Our process enables us to work closely with local production partners. The locations are worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! By collaborating with local businesses, we support the economy, create jobs, and foster a sense of community. This localized approach contributes to a more sustainable and resilient fashion ecosystem. This reduces overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. New shipping charges for reshipment and additional handling charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

 My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@redbumble.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost and additional handling charges for reshipment will be applicable.

 How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@redbumble.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@redbumble.com within 48hrs with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. The product must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

 What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges on products which are on sale. All products on sale are final sale. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@redbumble.com !

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@redbumble.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you as soon as possible! It is always best to include photos to avoid delays.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund as a store credit for the product(s) only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

When a refund is requested, we gladly refund the cost of the item(s) purchased as store credit. However, please note that any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred during the importation process are non-refundable. These fees are imposed by the respective government authorities and are beyond our control.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but it is important to clarify that we do not have the authority to reimburse or refund any charges imposed by customs or tax authorities. As such, we kindly request our customers to be aware of their country's customs regulations and potential associated costs before placing an order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@redbumble.com within 48hrs after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will issue a store credit refund for the product! Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered by you as a customer then you would be responsible by placing a new order at your expense. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipping fees.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. At this time, we regretfully don’t accept order cancellation or modification. Our team immediately initiates the processing and fulfillment of orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
